I love this company. I’ve always had bad experiences with waste management companies taking advantage of me but these guys feel like family. They respond promptly with text. NEVER have been rude or anything close to it. They’ll work with you if they can. They lay out the rules and prices out directly so I don’t know where anyone can be confused or misunderstood. If they mess up they WILL fix it. If you mess up they will explain what happened, in a nice manner. This is a very well run company wish I could take them with me when I move. Very deserving of 10 stars.

We have used M.A. Davis for the past few years and have never had a problem. We always get timely notices (via email) for any delayed pickups. On one instance I was out of town and the trash can was not moved to the end of the driveway on pickup day. Whoever runs our route still stopped at our house, came down to get our can and dumped it anyways. I would definitely recommend M.A. Davis!

I have been using this trash service for 13 years, I have never had any problems with my trash pick up. They always let me know when holiday service will be and stick to their word. This company has always given me excellent service and has always been polite when I ask questions. I am one blessed person with their wonderful service.

This is such an awesome company and I am so happy to be doing business with them! The billing comes out quarterly and because it is something I only do every three months, I completely forgot to pay on the most recent quarter. I went online on Thursday night (our trash pickup is on Friday morning) and paid my bill. Expecting for the payment to not process in time for trash pickup the following day, my husband did not put our can out for pickup. To our surprise, the truck still came to pick up our trash and since the can wasn't out by the road, the gentleman came to our carport and got our trash can anyway. This type of customer service that goes above and beyond will always get our business. In addition, they have always been very easy to work with, affordable in pricing, and quick to respond to emails. I highly recommend this company!

I love this company, very quick responses, probably the nicest and most friendly staff of any business that I have ever dealt with. Very affordable, especially since I’m on a college budget these days. Picked my trash up as promised, which with other companies, I am not used to 😂. I have been with M.A. Davis since they started service in my neighborhood many years ago. I have paid my bill on time and I have had a few times where I contacted them by phone. Always pleasant and resolved any problems that I had. Price is very low for this service. Just follow the rules and no problems. Also when I was recovering from surgery, the man came all the way up my driveway to pick up trash. God bless them. I would recommend their service to all!

Trash pickup service wasn’t something I put much thought into when I moved. Their office staff is courteous, but their operators are even better. Friendly and helpful, super kind. I met the owner today and he had a big smile on his face. I’m not sure how they compare in price, but it’s worth every penny to do business with these folks.
